Create Your Administrator Account

If your institution does NOT have an existing administrator account, please create one below. However, if your institution already has an administrator account, you must login with the username and password previously created for that adminstrator account. If you do not have access to that account, please contact rbiggs@stfm.org for assistance in gaining access to the existing administrator account.

Enter a shared username and password for your program. After creating your account and purchasing a subscription, give this username and password to your faculty so they can access the curriculum.

The password for subscribers must be at least 8 characters long.
